How RawQuant works
A stock portfolio run by a machine learning model: what is published and when, how long each pick is held, and how the record splits into backtest and live.
Machine learning stock picks, published before the close
Every US trading day, 15 minutes before the market closes, the model publishes its whole portfolio. It picks from the S&P 500, and nobody chooses a stock by hand. Publishing while the market is still open means you can place the orders the same afternoon, at prices close to the closing prices the record is built on. Exact times, early closes and a missed window are in Help.
Three picks a day, each held 12 trading days
Each pick is held for about two and a half weeks, then sold on schedule, so only a small part of the portfolio changes on any one day and no single day decides the result. In trading terms every pick is a swing trade: longer than a day trade, far shorter than buy and hold. RawQuant’s daily signals are, in effect, AI swing trading signals with a fixed exit.

Backtest and live, kept apart
Everything through 2025 is a backtest: what the rules would have done, computed after the fact. The rules were locked before 2026 began and nothing has been tuned to this year’s results, so 2026 is the clean test, marked the same way on the home page chart.
