Terms of Service

Last updated: September 30, 2026

The short version: RawQuant publishes what a machine learning model would do, identically to every subscriber. It is information, not personal advice. You decide what to do with your money, and you can lose it. $19 for the first month, then $49 a month until you cancel, which you can do online anytime.

1. What the service is

RawQuant ("the Service") publishes the output of a machine learning model: a model portfolio of US stocks with target weights, updated every trading day at approximately 3:45 PM New York time, 15 minutes before the market close (12:45 PM on the few days the market closes early at 1:00 PM). Subscribers see it live in a private dashboard; free accounts see the historical record, with each signal's stock names hidden until 12 trading days after publication.

The performance record shown on this site combines a backtest (2018 through 2025) with 2026 results produced under rules and parameters locked before 2026 began; the model retrains regularly, but no rule or setting was chosen using 2026 results. The charts mark where the backtest ends and this locked test begins.

2. Not investment advice

RawQuant is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or licensed investment firm, and is not registered as an investment adviser with the SEC or any other authority. The signals are the output of a quantitative model, published on a fixed schedule, identical for every subscriber. They are general information, not personal recommendations: nothing on RawQuant considers your financial situation, goals, experience, or whether any trade is suitable or appropriate for you. Where the dashboard scales order quantities to a capital amount, that is mechanical arithmetic on a number you typed in, not an assessment of you. You alone decide whether and how to trade, and you are solely responsible for those decisions.

3. Risk

Trading stocks involves substantial risk of loss, up to the loss of everything you put in. Past performance, live or backtested, does not guarantee future results. Backtested results in particular are hypothetical: they were produced with hindsight, do not reflect actual trading, and have inherent limitations. The model's historical drawdowns have exceeded 45%, and worse is possible. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

4. Recommendation disclosures

The signals are produced by RawQuant using an automated machine learning process: a model re-scores the market each trading day and rebuilds the target portfolio, without human stock-picking. The portfolio holds up to 36 equal-weight positions, and each position the model opens is intended to be held for 12 trading days; a signal is superseded by the next trading day's publication. Signals are published once per trading day at approximately 3:45 PM New York time (12:45 PM on early-close days), each one timestamped, based on market prices at the time of publication.

The complete record of every published signal, with its publication date and outcome, is available in the History section of the dashboard, including on free accounts. We follow the same model portfolio with our own money and may therefore hold positions in the stocks the model signals; because we place orders after publication, we never trade ahead of subscribers. RawQuant receives no compensation from any company the model selects, and no issuer has any role in the model's choices.

5. Subscription and billing

  • The subscription costs $19 for your first month, then $49 per month. It renews automatically each month at $49 until you cancel.
  • The $19 introductory price applies once per person; previous subscribers resubscribe at the standard price.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own pages. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms.
  • You can cancel online at any time from your billing portal, as easily as you signed up. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then.
  • If the price ever changes, we will notify you by email in advance, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

Because signals lose their value the moment they are seen, the service begins immediately when you subscribe, at your request.

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Since you asked the service to start immediately, withdrawing within those 14 days means you pay proportionately for the days already supplied and we refund the rest of that payment. To withdraw, email support@rawquant.com within 14 days of subscribing; any clear statement that you want to withdraw is enough.

Outside that statutory right, and after the 14 days have passed, payments are final and we do not offer refunds. You can always cancel future renewals as described above. Nothing in this section limits rights that consumer law in your country grants you regardless of these terms. For any billing question, email support@rawquant.com.

7. Personal use only

Signals are for your personal use only. You may not share, redistribute, resell, scrape, or publish them to any non-subscriber, and you may not use automated means to extract them.

8. Service availability

We aim to publish signals every trading day 15 minutes before the close, approximately 3:45 PM New York time (12:45 PM on early-close days), but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or timely delivery. Publication may be delayed or missed due to, among other things, infrastructure outages, third-party service disruptions, market data feed issues, or unforeseen technical events. A day whose signal was missed may be filled in afterwards from the market data as it stood that afternoon, so the record stays complete. Market data shown in the dashboard comes from third parties and is provided as is; it may be delayed or contain errors. The Service may also be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, and no signals are published on market holidays.

9. Member cap, refusal, and termination

We reserve the right to limit the total number of active subscribers at our discretion, to preserve signal quality and strategy performance. If a cap is in effect, new subscriptions may be temporarily unavailable.

We may also refuse, suspend, or terminate any account or subscription at our discretion, for any reason, including breach of these terms or protection of the Service. If we terminate a subscription you have paid for and you have not breached these terms, we refund the unused part of the current period proportionately. If termination is for breach, such as redistributing signals, no refund is owed beyond what mandatory consumer law requires.

10. Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use RawQuant.

11. Limitation of liability

RawQuant is not liable for investment or trading losses, or for indirect damages, arising from use of the Service, including losses resulting from delayed, missed, incorrect, or late signals or market data. Your use of the signals is at your own risk, and our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you have paid. None of this limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or rights granted to consumers by mandatory law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings there.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Subscribers will be notified by email of material changes before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
